Hope in the Midst of Suffering: A Scriptural Journey through Journaling
Journaling is a powerful spiritual and emotional tool used in coaching to bring clarity, healing, and self-awareness. Writing helps externalize internal thoughts, emotions, and prayers, offering the soul a voice and the mind a safe space to reflect. In the midst of trials, tribulations, sickness, or suffering, journaling allows the individual to process pain through a lens of truth and hope. It also creates space to dialogue with God and receive divine revelation from Scripture. As a spiritual practice, journaling becomes a companion for those walking through the valley, encouraging the heart to remember that hope is alive—even in darkness.
